Hi,
My name is Soumik Kumar and I am raising funds for my cousin, Ankit Roy, 30 Yrs Old Young Chap who is suffering from Severe Kidney Failure. Ankit Roy is having a congenital issue in both kidneys. In 2013, he had a kidney transplant and one kidney was donated by his own mother. During the transplant, he got infection and lost his hearing capability due to the high dosage of anti-biotics. Since then he is surviving on a single working Kidney. Ankit’s father spent most of his life’s earning during a kidney transplant.
Both parents are surviving just on pension. Unfortunately, last six months his single kidney itself started deteriorating. In the last couple of weeks, his body started retaining water due to which his lung got infected as kidney transplant patients are always under immuno-suppressant medicines. Because of Lung infection, he got fever and his blood pressure was fluctuating frequently. He got admitted to Max Hospital, Gurugram on 23rd July and after admission, he got cardiac arrest and he urgently put on the ventilator by ICU team as his BP and pulse rate was very low. He is on dialysis as well.
The daily expense for his treatment is approx. INR 1 Lakhs 80 Thousand. Till now, our entire family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but a minimum of INR 7,00,000 (INR Seven Lakhs) more is required to pay for all the medical expenses in the coming few days.
As the amount required is huge, I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and help during this time of need. Each contribution is important!
