I am writing this to raise fund for my 72 year old father who has been suffering from multiple infections (lungs and Urinary Tract) for 2 months now. We have exhausted all our savings and require your assistance to continue treatment of my ailing father.
History:
1. My father was diagnosed with blood and urine infection in early December 2022. This was indicated by high CRP of 94 against a normal count of sub 6 and high WBC count of 29,000 against a normal count of sub 11,000.
2. He was admitted in the ICU as the infection triggered fluctuation in heart rate and blood pressure. Owing to fluctuation in heart rate, CO2 level in blood increased beyond permissible range.
3. His potassium level also fell leading to further complications.
4. USG report suggested an enlarged prostrate of 65 gm which made urine output worse.
5. He was treated and was discharged. He has been on bipap support since then.
Recurrence of Problem:
1. The lung infection has recurred taking the CO2 level in blood to an alarming 123 against a normal of 45.
2. CRP has increased to 16 against a normal count of sub 6.
3. WBC and Neutrophils have also increased beyond permissible range.
All these complications required immediate hospitalization where he is bein treated in ICU and is on ventilator support.
We have exhausted all our savings owing to expensive ICU treatment and need your contribution to save my father. Kindly make some contribution so that I can save him.
