I, Aminul, am a disabled & distressed person unable to walk & unable to work due to my disability. I have been evaluated by our local CRP Hospital physicians & they advised me to admit this Hospital for minimum four months to get Surgery & post operative physiotherapy, occupational therapy & rehabilitation treatment costing about 7 Lacs Rupees which I don't have. I have consulted with our local hospital Neurologist & they advised me to get Surgery in my Neck (Cervical Spine) & Lumber three compressed disks. The local CRP Hospital physicians has told me to get admitted in the CRP Hospital to get the required Surgery, physiotherapy & rehabilitation treatment which will make me stable. Per my CT Scan, I have problems in my Brain which is caused due to a mild brain stroke. 

Kindly extent your kind humanitarian financial help this distressed & helpless disable person so that I can get admitted this CRP Hospital to get the required disable medical treatment & Surgery.
