Akshata Khadtare is currently the most promising female MMA fighter in India. She is a multiple times gold medalist at international level competitions. Some of her accomplishments include, but not limited to,
- Gold Medalist at the 2021 Asian MMA Championship
- Gold Medalist at 2017, 2018, 2019. 2021 National MMA Championship
- 11 Wins-3 Losses in AMATEUR MMA
- Represented India at Asian Beach Games, Vietnam 2016,
- Bronze Medalist at the 2017 MMA World Championship, Kazakhstan
- Bronze Medalist at the 2019 MMA World Championship, Singapore.

This year she won gold at the 2021 Asian MMA Championship at Kyrgyzstan and has been selected to represent India at the World Championship to be held at Amsterdam, Netherlands from 23rd - 27th March, 2022.
The expenses for the trip comes to about 1,50,000/- INR. However, being a full time athlete with no government support, it is difficult for Akshata to raise this kind of fund, especially during the current pandemic situation.
