Help the families of Vulnerable daily wage labourers during the Corona crisis

As the crisis around the Covid-19 pandemic grows, the livelihoods of a large number of families surviving on daily wages have been shaken up. We have initiated a community kitchen in assoction with Thane Collector department at OLMC , Food prepared for thousands of daily wage workers and their families every day in absence of employment opportunities and leaving for their state bus Train and bus organized by the government. At present we have provided food on Highways, slums and to 13 trains that left Thane to Bihar , UP, West Bengal & Madhya Pradesh and many more trains are scheduled to leave every day. This the daily wager community has seen their only source of income come to a screeching halt, leaving them with no means to earn themselves a meal during these days of lockdown. While a large part of our community has been going to bed without knowing if they will be able to afford a meal for their family the next day. Hunger and desperation prevails, and we can do something to help our fellow citizens.
