Hello everyone, 

     My name is Akheel Ahmed Sohail and i am from Hyderabad. I am suffering from IBD-crohns disease since 2015 till now. I am on medication since 2015 till now. From last year-2022 july month my disease had been very active and i lost nearly 10kg of weight then suddenly in the month of January 2023 i got admitted in AIG hospital in the emergency ward on Jan 13. I was kept on empty stomach for 10 days by taking the fluids, saline through nerves then after that gone through surgery called subtotal colectomy with ileostomy on jan-23-2023, after that next 2-3 days i was in ICU, later for few days was shifted to the normal room of hospital and kept under observation. After some improvement they discharged me and i am having the stoma bag with me till now and i have several tests to be done next month April in which they will decide the date of my next surgery in  which the stoma bag will be taken out. Please help me by contributing the money as much as you can for my next surgery guys. Already for the first surgery had cost of 5,75,000/- rupees and the second surgery took place on may-02-2023 successfully, which was cost around 2,50,000/-.
