Hi, my name is Md Faizan Mallick residing at Vakola Market, Santacruz East, Mumbai 400055 first of all thank you for giving your time, I'm creating this fundraiser for my father Abul Khair Mallick who is 76 years old and has been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease which means his kidneys have almost given up and due to that he's also suffering with Pulmonary infection in his lungs, Edema in his legs, Urine infection and Cardiac problems. He is kept on O2 support at home even the rent for a concentrator takes away 20% to 25% of my total salary then medications, lab test and everything are separate.

He was recently hospitalized twice in the last 20 days and that has already exhausted all the emergency funds and help from close relatives.

I belong to a middle class family and I'm only the earning person working in the bpo sector, as I am raising this fund raiser I'm constantly losing my salary because I have to be with my father for his support and nursing.

Any form of help is accepted whether its financial or medical anything, its not necessary it has to be a donation of money. 

The amount that I have put down in the fund raiser is also an amount that I got thru research because the worst is yet to hit that is his remaining last kidney functions shut down, it might be a matter of weeks or months or so.

 If the amount collected is not utilised for him, I pledge to donate the amount to someone in need and not use a single penny for any other cause.
