I am a research enthusiast pursuing my integrated degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) and Robotics (M.Tech) at Indian Institute of Technology Madras. I have been shortlisted for a research internship (10 weeks) at Sorbonne University, Paris, France and also my research paper has been selected in OCEANS 2019, Marseille, France.
My research at Sorbonne University will be related to the design of holonomic mobile robots for swarm robotics which will promote research in Swarm robotics algorithm development and validation. My research paper at OCEANS 2019 is focused on modelling and analysis of a multi-modal traversal drone with aerial and underwater navigation capabilities. My research internship at Sorbonne University and the paper publication in OCEANS 2019 will prove to be the first of the milestones in my journey to become a successful researcher and will help me pursue future endeavours in the field of robotics.
My background in a nutshell, apart from pursuing robotics in my academics, I have been involved in various co-curricular activities which have helped me mould myself as a researcher –
•I was the technical lead of Team Anveshak, Mars Rover development team. Our team ranked top 30 among 120+ international teams participating in University Rover Challenge competition.
•I have published another paper (currently under review) in ICINCO 2019 conference on an aerial-underwater drone.
•I was a KVPY 2014 (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) awardee, selected among 1+ Lakhs applicants.
•I have completed my previous research internship at IIT Bombay at SML Lab, working on compliant robotics.

Even small donations matter as it is not the monetary value but it is your generosity and emotions to support the cause. I'd love to send you postal card for donations if you provide your postal address via email (email@example.com)/ WhatsApp (+91 9685131060) or comment. I would be spending my minimal stipend offered by the institute in food and other additional expenses like travel and stay to Marseille.
