My name is Saikat Chatterjee, and I am here to raise funds for my 21-year-old son, Abheek Chatterjee, who lives with us in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Abheek is suffering from Multiple organ dysfunction (kidney and liver) and has been receiving treatment for the past few days. He is currently admitted to the ICU at Apollo Hospital, Kolkata, and is on ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) support, a life-saving but very costly treatment.
So far, we've spent about Rs. 23,00,000, which we arranged from savings and loans. In the next few days, we urgently need Rs. 30,00,000 more for his continued treatment.
