Hi everyone,
I am running this campaign on behalf of Aastha, a former student of mine as part of my Teach for India fellowship.
Aastha Sahani got admitted to the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at Presidency University, Bangalore. However, her education loan application was rejected due to a low credit score and unable to pay her tuition fees.
She comes from a low-income family residing in Pune. Her father is a painter (informal sector) while her mother is a homemaker. Both of her parents studied only till the 12th - which makes Aastha a first-generation college student.
She is required to pay INR 62,000 (1st semester fees) within a week to start college. Any help, big or small, would be of big help. Thank you.
If you have any questions, feel free to mail me at ashwin.mb90@gmail.com.
Thank you for reading!
