SHE Endeavors:  
Our engrossment is to bring a comprehensive growth on GENDER EQUALITY & WOMEN EMPOWERMENT  to lead the sustainable development goal 5 under UNDP. Our credible approaches point out for the implementation of programs and activities to adopt the notion of women empowerment. In spite of lacking financial support, support from the family, prone to physical abuses, pressurized to molestation and mental trauma women are breaking all the social taboos in order to achieve their goals and prove the world that they are unstoppable. True inspirational Women successful stories which can throw a light on the ways to approach the success.

Motto: Enacting ‘SHE’s capabilities by visualizing with live examples of present age SHEROs and help them to find their strength.

Why SHE Endeavors:
According to a National Family and Health Survey in 2014, the total lifetime prevalence of domestic violence was 33.5% and 8.5% for sexual violence ( it is estimated to affect 27·5 million women in India) among women aged 15–49.
The results show that 16% of women had reported experiencing physical forms of domestic violence, 25% sexual form, 52% psychological, and 56% reported any form of domestic violence

SHE Endeavors success indicators are aligned towards SDG 05 Indicators:
Primary Indicators:
5.2 Eliminate all forms of violence against all women and girls in the public and private spheres, including trafficking and sexual and other types of exploitation.
5.8 Enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology, to promote the empowerment of women.
Secondary indicators:
  • End all forms of discrimination against all women and girls everywhere
  • Eliminate all harmful practices, such as a child, early and forced marriage and female genital mutilation
  • Recognize and value unpaid care and domestic work through the provision of public services, infrastructure and social protection policies and the promotion of shared responsibility within the household and the family as nationally appropriate
  • Ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making in political, economic and public life
  • Ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights as agreed in accordance with the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development and the Beijing Platform for Action and the outcome documents of their review conferences
  • Undertake reforms to give women equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to ownership and control over land and other forms of property, financial services, inheritance and natural resources, in accordance with national laws
  • Adopt and strengthen sound policies and enforceable legislation for the promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls at all levels
