We at Hamari Pechaan are trying to aid and educate people about
COVID RELIEF PROGRAM AND FREE VACCINATION AID. I Shaurya Kapoor, a law student requests you to help us out in our endeavors.

1. Why did you choose this cause?

(a) I chose this topic because the pandemic has affected the entire country and society at large. It has personally impacted some of my relatives and friends. This has propelled me to contribute in my humble way to provide relief to people suffering from COVID and their anxious families.
(b) I also feel as a member of the society we mustcollectively work to overcome this challenge by helping each other. The old people with co-morbidities require particular attention as covid impacts them much more vis a vis others.
(c) In India due to the large population, I feel that the government has limited capacity to reach out to every possible victim in time with requisite medical care. It is therefore the responsibility of every able bodied person to get together and help our country men to get through this virus. The virus has been around for some time now, and due to lack of responsible behaviour the consequences were experienced by citizens who did not violate any of the norms. This also motivated me to work towards providing relief towards COVID.
(d) Even my parents motivated me to work in this field as this is the need of the hour.

2. How will you help towards COVID relief?

(a) I will help people in getting appointments for vaccination and its subsequent documentation. I have realized there are many who require this help as they are unable to access the application on the internet and book a slot for themselves. After helping the domestic help at home, I realized that some of them do not even have the resources to access the net.
(b) I will also be able to help by creating awareness about the various protocols to fight COVID by putting up advisories on various social media platforms.
(c) I can also help in collecting data on various aspects of COVID and its impact to help the concerned authorities to deliberate the various mitigation measures.
(d) I can help in distributing covid kits. Form part of essential and critical services to help the community. In order to speed up the process tobring back normalcy.
(e) I can operate as part of a helpline to provide information to anxious relatives of COVID patients admitted in hospitals.
(f) I can help families locate COVID beds in various hospitals and ease their anxiety during these troubled times.

3. How can others help in a situation like this?
(a) Having more people to help out will only speed up the process and will also give hope to everyone that soon they will revert to their normal life which they lead earlier. It is necessary for all COVID infected people to follow the advise given by doctors and the government . For the others, it is incumbent that each one adopts COVID appropriate behaviour. Also by maintaining self-restraint by avoiding large socializing groups.
(b) Those with adequate resources may donate to the non-profit organization who are assisting citizens in the fight against  COVID.
(c) They can galvanize and supplement efforts of the government to provide essential good services to COVID affected containment zones.
(d) For vendors to avoid  creating artificial shortageof medicines and COVID related protective gear (PPE) etc.
(e) Form part of volunteer organization to help people to overcome non medical challenges.

and I'm a lawyer by profession but a social worker by preference. Every day, I set aside 2-3 hours to come and assist these underprivileged people residing at Bhawar Singh Camp in Vasant Vihar with their basic necessities.
We are living in times nobody has ever imagined. Locked in our home with great luck with our families to stop the spread of this deadly virus.

Yet with each passing day, a new record is made in respect of a number of new coronavirus cases. We are lacking basic medical administration that is beds, oxygen, and medicine.
People are running to arrange essentials for their loved ones to save their life. The situation is so bad that we aren't able to take care of the affected person even at our home. All of this is again because of a lack of knowledge and essentials.
Hamari Pahchan NGO is taking every possible step to help the one who is in need. We have pledged to distribute
  1. Oximeter
  2. Maks
  3. Sanitisers
  4. Thermometer
  5. Medicine (consisting of vitamins and zinc capsules)
Kit for 1 person costs around Rs. 2,800.
Kit for 3 people costs around Rs. 8,400.
Kit for 5 people costs around Rs. 14,000.
All of the above equipment will help people to monitor themselves at home only and in case of any problem they can consult the doctor at the very earliest to avoid any kind of emergency.
Please come forward and help the one in need in this difficult time of a pandemic outbreak. Let’s fight against corona and help each other in the prevention of the same.
It's better to take proper precautions and stay at home rather than being a fourth person in a single hospital bed.
Wash your hands frequently, use face masks and maintain social distancing at all times!

LET'S CREATE A CHAIN OF KINDNESS AND STAND UNITED AGAINST SUCH A DEADLY VIRUS.
आओ मिलकर भलाई का एक हाथ बढ़ाएँ , इस जानलेवा वायरस को जड़ से मिटाएँ
