For the last year 9-year old Samruddhi has been fighting a cancer called Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and has been through a tough journey filled with one problem after another.

What is Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Cancer starts when cells in the body begin to grow out of control. Cells in nearly any part of the body can become cancer, and can spread to other areas of the body.

She was undergoing chemotherapy for the same and was getting better when just a few days back she was again rushed to the hospital where she was admitted to the ICU and diagnosed with a disease called Neutropenia which causes a break down of the Immune system leading to a number of infections.

Samruddhi needs treatment for the next two years to recover completely for her condition. The total cost of treatment is around 7 lakh Rs.

Unfortunately, Samruddhi's father, Sunil Shinde, has been very worried that he cannot afford the cost of the treatment and will not be able to give his daughter the treatment she deserves.
