What was supposed to be a joyous occasion for Rekha and her husband turned into their nightmare when their newborn baby was born premature and was required to be rushed to the ICU on ventilator support.

"I was walking down the road and suddenly, I slipped and fell. The pain of the fall was too much to bear. I remember thinking in between the bouts of pain, what would happen to my baby now?" said Rekha Shirkhe. 

Their baby needs to be in the ICU and treated and under medical management in order to be treated before Rekha can finally take her baby home.

The total cost of the treatment is around 3 lakh Rs. Unfortunately, Rekha and her husband do not have the funds required to save their baby. They need our help to give their baby the treatment it deserves.
