Helping Hands is an initiative that was started by doctors along with the medical students of HIMSR, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi in 2015. The purpose was to crowdfund the treatment of poor Patients in our Hospital, which is a private hospital. We also took up other tasks like setting up a medicine bank, coordinating for blood donation, and sanitary napkin campaigns.

Helping Hands ventured into rescue, relief, rehabilitation, and medical aid of Delhi Riots victims as circumstances demanded it. Then we started campaign Lukma, it is a ration distribution program to the poor family affected by Corona pandemic in Delhi and other cities like Patna, Kolkata, Lucknow.

Now After successful completion of Campaign Lukma, *Helping Hands* is launching *Campaign Hadiya* (Hadiya/ हदिया means gift) to serve *, 2000 Families, in Delhi with Ramzan Food Kits.*
Each kit consisting of basic food items will cost Rs 1500. Since we are giving these kits to very poor Muslims, we heartily welcome contributions in the form of *Zakat, Sadqa and Interest money.*
