Sanjeev Kulkarni, an artist, and media person by profession, aged 49 years has been suffering from Cardiomyopathy for 15 years.
During this year, he has been admitted multiple times and now his heart condition is in a critical stage. A heart transplant needs to be done in order to save him from this condition.

Now, the doctors may have to install devices in his heart that will keep him stable until the heart donor is available for transplant.

It will be costing us around 40 - 45 Lakh and we are raising funds for the same as we require financial help. The funds will be used entirely for the operation and medications. We request you to kindly help us as much as you can and we will be forever grateful
