My name is Milky Jain. I'm currently a UG student, pursuing Bachelors of Commerce at Delhi University. I've been engaged in the social work for more than 2 yrs through NSS unit of my college. Now I am working with a non-governmental organization named, Hamari Pahchan NGO within which I have worked on the project 'SUKHAD' menstrual hygiene of underprivileged women. Providing sanitary pads, educating them on proper menstrual hygiene and spreading awareness about 'periods' and discussing them is not a shame at all but a normal thing. Under this initiative, we will help underprivileged women to spend their periods comfortably and with proper hygiene.
