On 21-Jun-2018, Guru Manoj, who is Miruthangist in SIFAS, Singapore fell down due to sudden fits. He has been diagnosed with Brain tumor and need to undergo for surgery. He went to Kerala on 29th Jun for further treatment.
Manoj sir's surgery has been fixed on the 16th July. The tumor will be removed and sent for biopsy in another hospital and based on the results the next course of action will be advised and medicines will be prescribed. FMRI and other scans are required prior to surgery. Doctors have expressed concerns since the tumor is on the brain it may affect certain nerves going to other parts of the body and hence there is a possibility to impact those parts. Post surgery he will have to be at rest for at least 3 months.
Guru Manoj is a talented musician and also helped lot of the students to practice before exams. It would be nice if we all can contribute money ( as anyone wish) and help our Guru Manoj during this trouble time.
