Mani was born in a poor village Nemmara at Palghat district.  He never gets a good job hence a better life.  He gets married a poor girl and later they have three children.  six months before Mani had continuous fever and vomiting then had a detailed checkup doctor said that his two kidneys were a failure and he can't live any longer without kidney transplantation. 

 They need 8 lakh rupees for operation and after they need monthly 10000 rupees for his treatment.  His wife is also a housewife and she is helpless in this critical situation with small kids. His sister is willing to donate one kidney and operation will fix on 24th October 2018 at Lourdes Hospital, Ernakulam, Kerala. But they can't collect 8lakh rupees till date while operation has been fixed. 

 Please help his family to arrange the money as soon as possible.
