The institute was established in 2001 under the auspices of Jamia Islamiyah Umar Farooq (Razi) Charitable Trust Solapur, south of India, which is a registered non profit self-governing organization that was established in 2000. 

It has established this institute  to provide the children with a rich and stimulating atmosphere, and to uplift an academic excellence that will allow the children to feel a sense of accomplishment, personal growth and preparedness for today, tomorrow and in the hereafter. And since its establishment it has been running very successfully.
