I'm Jintu Deka from Assam, Udalguri.. I need your help for my better treatment as I can't speak properly, can't work with my right hand.

I am suffer from Japanese Encephalitis since the year of 2011. But my treatment wasn't good. I belong to a BPL family. I was treated in GMCH. I need money to treat my Japanese Encephalitis and neurological treatment.
