Rajan aged 27 years has not only chronic kidney failure, but he also has heart failure and infected ascites. His treatment will be very long-term (life-long) and expensive.

His condition is getting worse he has been in bed now doctor has advised kidney transplant at the earliest. The estimated cost for his kidney transplant as per doctor of manipal is 8 lacs besides post treatment cost from another 4 lacs. He is extremely poor and has no other source as his parents are old and unable to carry the burden of his hospital bills.
His monthly cost for Kidney dialysis is 18000 as per doctor certificate which he can't afford at present.
