I am Vikram Vishwakarma.There are 4 members in my family.My mother,two brothers and me.Residing at Driver hut,Gram panchayat-Barughutu east,Block-Mandu,PO-Ghatotand,District-Ramgarh,Ranchi(Jharkhand)There is only one source of income in my family ie my elder brother working in private firm.My father is also not there.My financial condition is not good in order to prolong my treatment at CMC Vellore.I am suffering from Chronic kidney disease ie kidney transplant is required due to my kidney failure.From last 8 months my treatment was going on at Christian Medical Hospital(CMC),Vellore and now on 9th Sep,2016 doctors diagnosed and came with the final report of kidney transplant.
Total cost of kidney transplant- 12 lakhs rupees.Within 1-2 months the transplant is is to be done.
