My name is Bangaru Tata Rao and I am here to fundraise for my family friend, Vijaya.

Vijaya is 55 years old and is living at Rajahumundry . Vijaya has to undergo surgery for removal of two fibroids on either side of uterus.  The fibroids are to be removed immediately so as to prevent further complications.  Surgery of Vijaya will be performed by Dr RS Chalam, MS, at Raja Nursing Home, Innespet, Rajahmundry-533101, which will cost around Rs.50,000.00.
