About Organisation:
Society for Health, Agriculture Development and Education (SHADE) is a non-profit and one of the oldest non-government organizations working not only for poverty alleviation through providing resources but also promoting human rights, education, health services mainly on Women and Child health, working and supporting for good governance, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Development and rule of law in the society. The formation of this voluntary, charitable, relief and development organization had its root in Chinthalapudi, one of the agency areas in West Godavari District for protect the rights and entitlements and provide alternative livelihoods to tribal women and youth in 1985 (Year of Formation)

Our Vision is of a world where deprived people, women and young people’s human rights are realized, their leadership skills are enhanced and improve their livelihoods opportunities and also they are recognized as powerful change makers and equal stakeholders in society.

Our Goal is to support and enable women and young people to create programmes and influence policies in the areas of Gender, Sexuality, Health, Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Development.
About the activity:
It is well known to everyone that people are suffering from many diseases mainly due to the unhygienic living atmosphere and living status. So, to reduce the spreading of such diseases among the people the foremost step should be establishing a clean, hygienic living environment and status.
our targeted working areas in different tribal villages of West Godavari District are very backward where the women and girls are mostly found suffering from different diseases than the men. So, we desire to work on arresting the growth of different diseases caused from unhygienic menstruation period among girls and women.
As an NGO we are conducting awareness programs   for women and girls on menstrual cycle, breast and cervical cancers.
As a part of program we thought to start a sanitary napkin production unit at our tribal area . and the project will run and maintained by the women.
With this we are aiming to supply a pack of 6 pads for Rs.10/- .
The supply will take place through women self help groups and the stocks will  also maintained by the SHGs.

The loan required for the working capital like
purchase of raw material, packaging, and other expenditure.

outcome:
with the help of the project around 6320 tribal women will benefit with the supply of const effective sanitary napkins and our volunteers will create awareness among 6320 women on menstrual cycles, cervical and breast cancers.
The women will gradually turn to use the safe sanitary napkins in the place of waste and unhygienic cloths.
