Revati is a small girl studying in 4th std. from Pracharya Sabnis Prathmic Vidyalay, Junnar. She is from middle class family and suffering from Infective endocarditis  since her birth. her father is a teacher in high school ( Private) and who is the only earning member of the family of 7. Her grandfather is running a small flour mill. Her mother is housewife. She has younger twins one brother and one sister. Both are studying in 1st std.
Now her treating cardiac physician and surgeon told her to under go Heart Transplant surgery for her current condition. Her treating physician Dr. M. Durairaj and surgeon Dr. Manoj Durairaj has given her estimate of Rs. 25 laks for the transplant surgery at Ruby Hall Clinic, hospital in Pune.
