Appeal. 

My father Mr. Kisan M Sonavane, was diagnosed with liver dysfunction. The treatment cost us approximately 8 lakhs. Our medical reimbursement under group medical policy was denied,  stating it as a known case of liver illness.

A fortnight back he was operated for a liver transplant, my husband donated his part of liver to my father and the medical expenses incurred was approximately Rs. 30 lakhs. The operation was successful and he was recovering fast.

But after a week or so, post-surgery complications like pressure on heart started building up and he had to undergo dialysis and the cost of expenses rose further by 7 lakhs including the medicines and hospital bills. We appeal to family members and friends to help us in our crisis.
