Kundan has been advised to urgently undergo an open heart surgery in order to treat his condition before it becomes life-threatening. The total cost of treatment is close to 3 lakh Rs.
This amount is far too high for Kundan's family to afford as his father earns a meagre salary of 1000 Rs per month. He needs our help to save his son.
Your contribution can help baby Kundan get the treatment he deserves.
