Kamala is single mother living in Sevilimedu village, near Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu. She has 2 daughters Sadana (15 years) and Sabitha (13 years). Her husband has abandoned her family. She makes her living as a fruit seller and doing other odd jobs to support her family and her daughters. Her elder daughter is afflicted by polio and her younger daughter is mentally challenged with epilepsy.

Over the years, the house where she lives has been damaged and she needs to rebuild it, including new walls as well as portion of roof. For this, she needs about Rs 60,000.

Your contribution will help kamala get a decent house to live and help her to keep her daughters in safety.

Thanks for your generous contributions.

We have completed the house rebuilding for Kamala. Thanks for your wonderful support. Our initial estimate was for Rs 65,000 but we finally ended at Rs 86,000 as we had to do the entire electrical afresh.

We will keep this campaign open for a few more days in the hope of raising 6-8k which will help us fund the entire amount. Thanks.
