We are a less than 6 month old Foundation with 2 Founder Trustees, one being Remi, who has worked with various IT MNCs.  The second trustee is Wing Commander R V Sai, an Indian Airforce Veteran. 

Both the Founders in the past have been informally associated with CSR activities. In order to channelize and formalize with increased focus, the Remi A R Foundation (remiar.org) was envisaged and created, with the intent of more effectively reaching out to the underprivileged / disadvantaged children towards their education, including the differently abled. Part of the ethos is based on the inescapable conclusion, that Education is intrinsic to development, leading to a more evolved Nation.

We are seeking to raise this Rs.2,87,392/- for a Blind School in Bangalore, where 500 children comprising of fully blind, partially blind, orphans, and children of lower income groups like construction workers, domestic help, drivers, etc., study. They have outdoor classrooms made up with rusty metal sheets & curtains, and furnitures like desks, tables, chairs, books storage cupboards in broken down condition needing immediate critical repair, and replacements for 10 classrooms. They do not have the necessary minimum equipment for their Science Lab, Computer Lab & Sports room.  We are soliciting your helping hands towards giving a normal school environment to the children.
