Krishna and his wife have been married for 7 years now, and had been excitedly planning to start a family. However, around 3 years ago, life took an unexpected turn when he was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a type of cancer that starts as a growth of cells in the brain in 2021.

‘Cancer threatens to separate us from each other’
Krishna was employed at a security agency and used to work as a home guard, providing enough support for his wife to enjoy a life together that seemed perfect, filled with love, smiles, and laughter. However, their world took an unexpected and devastating turn when Krishna began experiencing recurrent high fevers and seizures. It was through these distressing symptoms that he received the diagnosis of brain cancer. In an instant, their peaceful life was shattered, replaced with a daunting sense of uncertainty that loomed over their future.

Loans from friends, which they had hoped to repay one day with smiles, had been the lifeline that allowed Krishna to receive treatment thus far.
