Aniket Jadhav, an 18 months old baby from the slum of Kalakhadak, Pune is suffering from Bilateral Vesicoureteric reflux with Renal abscess. This medical condition is characterized by reverse urine flow from the bladder into the kidneys. Normally, urine flows from the kidneys through the urterus to the bladder. The muscles of the bladder and ureters, along with the pressure of urine in the bladder, prevent urine from flowing backward through the ureters.
The family of Aniket comprises both parents, 1 sister and both grandparents staying in the same small house. His father is the only income source and is a daily wage earner. The baby requires medical and surgical treatment out of which only the medicinal treatment requires 50,000Rs. post which the surgical treatment would be planned depending upon the improvement in the condition. Since this treatment is un-affordable to the family and the family is absolutely genuine, SNEH foundation has taken it up for crowdfunding.
