Help homeless poor people and kids to fight winters of North India

Story

It's painful to see homeless poor people and kids struggling to survive in the extreme winters of North India.
I want to help these people by providing them with proper blankets to get through these winters. All funds will be utilized in buying blankets ranging from 1000-1500 Rs. maximum per unit.
I need funds by end of November so that I can finish distributing in the first week of December, that is before extreme winters arrive.

The blankets will be distributed in my hometown Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. The challenges I might face is identifying these real needy people so I will not try and finish off all the funds as soon as possible or just give off all the blankets bought but I will take little time in identifying daily by going to places like railway stations, bus stops, near highways, in poor community areas, etc. and then distributing the blankets.

Have you ever faced 4-8 degree celsius without properly covering your body? I have empathy for them because I have faced and I know how it feels to survive in such weathers without properly covering your body!

Hope you will help these people in giving them little comfort.

I will share the updates weekly on the progress of this project.
