Have they been given a chance to consistently learn from it ? Have they been made to feel that such platform and exposure is not a privilege , it's their right and a part of their learning ??? Aamina still thinks twice before voicing her opinions on topics that matter , Basit is scared of the stage but wants to sing to an audience of a thousand people. Here's the opportunity for the kids to unleash their hidden potential and learn beyond classroom. Abhivyakti 2.0 is an intersection of 24 Low income schools (Govt and private), 1000 children, 22 events and various cultures. Lights, Stage, activities, prizes, colours etc. You know whats new about it ?? They have heard about it and experienced it but now they are owning the stage and building it more. We the fellows at Teach for India work to ensure that we provide all the children the opportunity to build on their leadership skills through a holistic approach towards education. The events range from literacy events to performing arts.
Funds will be used in logistics such as fest decorations , sound system , food and beverages , participation prizes and certificates , mementos for judges and transportation for participants
