    H.H.High School Brambe

    from Ranchi

Hamid Hassan High School (H.H.High School) is a humble attempt to provide quality education to the rural children of Jharkhand residing in and around Brambe, a village 20 kms from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.

Started in the memory of Late Hamid Hassan, a freedom fighter, H.H.High School has not only managed to provide free education to the orphans and underprivileged children but has also ensured that children continue to aspire and achieve the little goals they set in life even after passing out from the school. Alumni of HHHS are now pursuing courses like Nanotechnology Engineering, Forensic Science, Bachelors in Science etc. Some have started their own small enterprise in their respective villages and are sharing the financial responsibilities of their families.
In more than 8 and a half years of operation, the school has shaped up into a tool for social change with its major thrust on education, health & hygiene. Through its innovative initiatives and camps, the school has not just tried to continuously create awareness amongst the people but has also managed to keep them involved.
With the children outperforming themselves each year in the class 10th board examinations and the school’s efforts being recognised and felicitated at State and National level, there has been a sudden rise in the number of children wanting to come to school even from far-off villages some of which are at a distance of 12-15 kms from the school.

As the school is unable to provide safe and comfortable transportation to these children, we are buying a second hand 33 seater school bus for which we are looking forward to your support.

Here are a few links for quick access if you wish to know more about the school:
