Sushil Shahi has been admitted in the hospital since 13 Jan 2021 and is struggling to survive. He is suffering from major kidney problems and regular bouts of internal bleeding. He is currently on ventilator support and needs critical care to survive.
He was 2 days away from celebrating his daughter 5th birthday when it all started. We rushed him to the hospital where the doctors ran tests and found it was a case of renal failure. They told me that both of his kidneys had stopped functioning and that he needed to undergo dialysis. I didn’t know what to do.
On 2nd of Feb, he underwent a kidney removal surgery as one of his kidneys had shrunk completely and was severely infected. The medical bills are mounting with each passing day, and we cannot afford it. We have exhausted all of our savings and the money we borrowed from our friends and family and by sold jewellery.
He is currently on dialysis and waiting for kidney transplant dua to lack of funds. You are our only hope in this difficult time..
