People in Nepal and India need your support

More than 4000 have lost their lives in Nepal and at least 54 deaths are reported in northern India as the earthquake, with a magnitude of 7.9, struck the valley of Kathmandu.

This is an appeal to you to come forward in support for the disaster stricken families in Nepal and India in this time of need.

Support Habitat for Humanity in its efforts to provide emergency support to the families affected by the earthquake.

The manner in which the donation will be used is as follows:-

·         We will be using the donation moneys to buy material for an Emergency Shelter Kit (ESK) that contains Tents, Tarpaulins, bucket, water purification chemical, blankets, et al

·         We will hand over the ESKs to the National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) at Delhi or Gorakhpur pick up point and they will reach the material to Nepal and distribute
