Hi all,
Thank you all for your generous donations. The shelter is being built at village Gandhora in Osmanabad district, Maharashtra.
The progress was good. The cost of the project is around 30 lakhs. I just looked for 10 percent through public participation. Hence this fundraiser. The funds raised have been utilized for building a big water tank that's useful for storing water for cows and partly to irrigate the land for green fodder for cows. Which is excellently working. I will share pictures.
Due to COVID and the inability to raise enough funds, the construction work of the cow shelter itself is stopped. We intend to start the work in June-July. We planning shelter for 40 cows.
The donors of our Lakshmi Narayan Gaushala are kind to support the shelter project. Donors from various countries and various regions of India have contributed enthusiastically for their love for cows. We wholeheartedly thank them and wish to complete the shelter project by Diwali 2021 provided these COVID relater restrictions don’t come in the way. Jai Gaumata.
So far the funds of ₹1,61,468.96 and $656.81 have been withdrawn for our project. Currently, the remaining funds of ₹960.13 are being transferred to the account of Yogi Arvind Keshav Naik.
