Thank you everyone for your support and contribution for the Chennai Queer LitFest 2019. Below is the break-up of fund received and the expenses for the Queer LitFest.
Milaap - INR 176,110 Deduction (Milaap fee) - INR 14160.4 Total received in Milaap crowdfunding - INR 161,950
Travel (flight, train and bus) - INR 29604 Lodging (lodging cost for nine persons)- INR 26000 Camera Rental - INR 7750 Food - INR 12425 Volunteer Remuneration - INR 9500 Stage Design + Minor Misc Print Collateral - INR 12180 Total Venue cost (13th Sep evening & 14th full day) 13th Evening INR 5000, 14th Full Day rent INR 30000, Feed serving space rent on 13th INR 5000) - INR 40000 Festival bags, QLF badges, flags, postcards, Lanyards, Standee & memento - INR 20050 Digital promotion - INR 5000 Total Expense - INR 162500
The expense does not include: Design cost. Video editing and processing cost. Local travel cost by the QCC team to coordinate the event and other logistics.
