Everyday WAG rescues at least 3 injured cows from the street. Our most recent rescue is Leela, an innocent calf who was burnt with scolding hot water as she entered someone's property in search of food & water.
It is so sad to see such beautiful creatures abused & neglected in this way. Leela is suffering from serious burn wounds, but thanks to everyone's donations, we are able to provide her with the medical care she needs.

A big shout out to everyone who is constantly donating, sharing & spreading the word about our work.
Pictured below are new rescues at the WAG GoShala. Sadly a new born baby was hit by a car in an accident, & had broken her leg. She is recovering well under our care, with her mother by her side always.
