Dear Supporters,
The campaign for Madhav has been a successful one and I am grateful for the support shown by everyone of you. Now, all that needs to be done is the funds be rightly utilised for little Madhav's future. Per Milaap policies, it is best to transfer funds to beneficiary's account to maintain complete transparency, which in this case is, Madhav or his grandmother, Kalawanti.
That said, Kalawanti ji does not have a bank account since the time she moved to India during the partition of 1947. Having worked at various construction sites, she never felt the need an account for earnings so small. She is not registered with the Indian Govt as a citizen of the country and possesses no identity proof. Upon asking her about why she has never bothered to have a bank account, she said that she earns 900 rupees every month , so what use will be a bank account to her anyway? Nevertheless, Madhav has an Aadhar Card as well as birth certificate, but I can't open his bank account with these proofs as he is a minor.
The funds are yet to be utilised. After speaking to Milaap team, here's how we can proceed with the funds raised so far.
Regards,
Mayank

- Since 25 of you put in your trust in me to help little Madhav, the funds can be transferred to my personal account and I fullfill the promise made to Madhav's grandma.
- Or the other option I see is to transfer the funds to Madhav's parental grandmother, Shoba ji, (who is also the only blood relative of Madhav after Kalawanti ji).

A Huge Thanks to all of you!
I would like to Thank all of you amazing people who have contributed towards the completion of the goal of this campaign. You have once again proven that humanity still exists and will continue to come forward for those in need. I have reached my campaign goal and I am initiating a withdrawal today. As soon as I get the amount, I will give that to Madhav's Grandma and it is sure to put a smile on her face and on Madhav's as well. Thank you all again!

Thanks to all!
We are so close to our target now. I want to thank all of the supporters and those who shared this campaign with their friends and family members. Thanks a lot to the kindhearted people out there who have shown their support for Madhav. Your support will definitely help him and will make sure that he keeps smiling!
I will withdraw the funds as soon as we reach the target and hand them over to his grandma who is eagerly waiting for the promise that I made with her to be fulfilled. It's your support that has made it possible for me to stand true to my words and allowed me to raise Madhav, the way his father dreamed of.
Thanks again!
God bless you all!
