Dear All,

It's going to be 4 months since my surgery. I have been at home all this while as I was advised against too much interaction with people. It has been a bag of mixed emotions. I am definitely in a happier space but also get worried when small issues arise. Transplant comes with its set of challenges nausea, diarrhea, sleeplessness, etc. I did have an occasion whee I had fever and water retention in the body increases. But thank god it was nothing major and I was able to quickly recover. I still need to be under observation often and need to continue to do a lot of tests to monitor my situation.
Thank you all for all your continued prayers, wishes, and generous donations. I will keep you posted on my health progress. Advances wishes for the New New Year. May god help you get whatever your heart desires.

Thanks & Regards

Dear All,

Thanks to all of your prayers and wishes, I have had a successful transplant on 20.08.2019. My dad was the donor and there were lot of tests, confirmations and medications we had to take in order to get to this point.

Dad is recovering well too, age factor does make it harder on him.

Now begins the next phase where I need to almost quarantine myself. I am not supposed to interact with much people and have to basically be in a room with extremely little contact over the next 6 months since the possibility of infection is high.

For the next few months it's going to be focusing on recovery and getting back to doing things slowly.  We did have a sizeable payment to make for  surgery. Monthly costs would now be at 12000-15000 rs for medications. Thanks to everyone in helping me reach this stage.

Thanks & Regards
