Here is happy news we have to share with you all:

Recently Ashwin received his call for his transplant and even went along with the kidney transplant surgery that very same day. Since then, Ashwin has been showing good recovery and is still right now in the Hospital in the isolation ward and will remain there for at least the next 5 days.

By the Grace of God, Ashwin's Creatine levels and potassium levels have both been restored to normal since the surgery and he even passes urination on a regular basis. Thank you all once again for your prayers and love. Continue praying for Ashwin's speedy recovery.

Thank you all for your support. With your help, we were able to raise more than 75% of the total goal amount.

Ashwin has visited the treatment hospital the last week and has got the sign off from the different departments to proceed for the surgery as and when the donor kidney becomes available. We have initiated a withdrawal of the funds collect directly to the hospitals bank and will therefore be ready on call, having paid the amount due for the surgery as well to the hospital. On news of a kidney being available, Ashwin will then be called in immediately, irrelevant of the time, to go to the hospital for his surgery.

Ashwin's is still resting at home.  We haven't found a donor yet. He is undergoing pre-transplant tests and dialysis once in three days.
