Dear All
Thanks to all the donors for the timely help to meet out the expenses for the Medical treatment for my son.
Latest updated Information of the treatment for my son Srijith.
After the stem cell transplantation (own) during December, 2018, my son is under medical observation for about 4 months.  After that we have started Immunotherapy Treatment for 5 cycles (once in 45 days). Imported vial of Bendamustine + Brentuximab (10 vials each cost Rs. 2 lacs inclusive of hospitalization expenses, medicines and other charges, etc.,)  was injected during the period from July 2019 to November 2019. (Detailed reports of 1st to 5th Cycle dated 10.07.2019, 01.08.2019,27.08.2019, 18.09.2019 and 12.11.2019 respectively enclosed for your ref).
We had a pet scan on 15.06.2019 and 24.08.2019 after the above treatment and looking for a third party stem cell transplantation (Allogenic Bone Marrow Transplantation).   After several tests taken we got a family donor (Srijith’s cousin) with a match of 12/12.
Again Srijith has been admitted in Chennai Adayar Institute on 28.11.2019 for Allogenic Bone Marrow Transplantation from a third party donor.  Stem cell has been transfused on 05.12.2019 and he had undergone the treatment of severe chemotherapy and various tests during the period from 28.11.2019 to 03.01.2020. Finally he had been discharged from the hospital on 04.01.2020 (Detailed Reports of the Allo BMT Discharge summary dated 04.01.2020 is enclosed for your ref).
From 6th January, 2020 onwards he had to go to hospital on every Mondays and Thursdays for medical check up and blood tests for 3 months.
After 3 months he had to go to hospital  weekly for check up and blood tests for another 3 months.
Once again I thank all the donors and their sincere prayers.
