This is Haritha, a Milaap Fellow. I got a chance to speak to Jessy’s father.

Jessy’s health has improved. Apart from monthly blood tests to see if she is recovering well, everything has been going well.  While on the phone with Jessy’s father, I could hear Jessy screaming and talking in the background. 

“To see her this active is a dream come true. My daughter was really sick but now she is back to normal life and is recovering well. Everyday we realize how your support has helped us save our daughter and everyday we thank and pray for you”, says her father

Dear all,

Here is an update on Jessy.

Thanks to your support, Jessy has been discharged after completing her chemotherapy. Jessy's father has expressed his gratitude to each of you. Jessy needs to visit the hospital once in a month to get a blood test done and get the medications for the next month. Till she turns 2 years old, she has to go for regular check-ups.

Thank you for the amazing support and prayers. We are in touch with Jessy's parents and will keep you posted on her progress.
