This is an update regarding 14-year-old Chandra Prakash, relapsed Philadelphia Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He underwent Haplo Identical stem cell transplantation with his mother as the donor sucessfully.

Dear Supporters,
Here’s an update on Chandraprakash’s progress
He is recovering under medications. His father, Gopalakrishnan, takes him from Theni to the hospital in Madurai, once in every ten days for a medical check-up.
Even though Doctors have told that the recovery will be a slow process, the family is hopeful that Chandraprakash will be back to normal health soon. If his recovery speeds up he might be able to attend school from next year. The family is extremely grateful for your support which made all this happen.

Thank you to all the supporters. Chandra Prakash's bone marrow transplant was successfully completed and he was discharged on the last week of July. He is making good progress. He will be on follow up check ups and treatment.
