Dear Friends,

Since the last time we raised funds in 2018, we have been able to establish End Incest Trust as a reliable research-based and evidence-driven organisation, trusted by the likes of state governments, national and state commissions, TATA Institute of Social Sciences, Vellore Institute of Technology, TED Circles.

End Incest Trust has been invited to deliver awareness, sensitisation and training programs by organisations such as IIM-Indore, India International Centre, Oxford University Press, Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare, Christ College, Panjab University, TATA Strive Skill Development Centre to name a few.
  • 15,267 sensitised through research participation
  • 8,475 lives were touched through direct awareness initiatives
  • 297 witnesses positively assisted
  • 136 victims & survivors counselled
  • 22 survivors under rehabilitation therapy
  • 3 perpetrators assisted
  • 94 awareness & training sessions held
  • 11 Indian States & U.T.s
We take pride in sharing that 50% of our target audience has been students and teachers, followed by social groups, clubs, parents, social workers, police personnel, mental health workers, legal and medical fraternity and policymakers.

During COVID also strengthened tele-counselling for sexual abuse at home, supported legal guidance for victims of domestic violence, created a series of mini psycho-social self-help guides related to various mental health issues.

During COVID Google searches for child sexual abuse content have increased by 95% while domestic violence has increased by 56% in the same period. Hence, End Incest Trust would be launching Project BELL THE CAT fundraiser to:
  • Sensitise & strengthen youth with the sexual safety toolkit
  • Train & certify stakeholders to protect the vulnerable
Your support in 2018 helped us sensitize 8,475 by holding 94 awareness and training sessions on the ground in 11 States & U.T.s. We are hoping to reach 20,000 with an appeal for Rs. 10 lakhs we are launching today.

We, at End Incest Trust believe that every life matters and we are all part of the solution.

Let’s pledge to make our world a safer place for everyone.
