Vaishnavi is still in the hospital. She was admitted in the hospital and was planned to undergo Bone Marrow Transplant. Since she does not have completed HLA matched family donor, she is planned to undergo Haploidentical Bone Marrow Transplant using one of her parent.  Hence we are increasing the target amount to 28lakhs.

Dear Supporters,

We are grateful for the support shown towards Vaishnavi.

She is admitted in the hospital and undergoing blood transfusions as the blood counts have dropped. She is in bad shape and we will not be able to proceed with the treatment unless her blood levels improve. She is scheduled for a bone marrow transplant and the potential donor is her brother.

She is presently at home and has completed 2 cycles of chemotherapy. She will be admitted soon for the third cycle. She has side effects like leg and hand pain but are not to be worried about ad per the doctor.
