Dear Supporters,

We have some unfortunate news to share with you all.

Shaheera had developed a severe infection in her lungs after getting discharged from a successful BMT. Despite the best medical care given, she could not be revived and she passed away last week.
Most of the funds raised has been utilized for her treatment.

The family and the entire medical team wish to thank the donors in this moment of grief.



May her soul rest in peace.

Shahera successfully underwent the bone marrow transplant and has been discharged. She needs to be under close follow up for next 3 months.

She underwent the bone marrow transplant recently and the donor was the father and is doing well. Presently, she has been kept under observation in ICU and will hopefully be discharged in 2 weeks if she responds well to the treatment.
