Hello everyone. Since we have covered all platforms and ensured that all the shelters have received funds to support various different needs, we have decided to dedicate the last of our funds towards the purchase of 60kgs of dog food. As everyone is aware, this is a constant requirement of the shelters that gave home to the animals that were the victims of the Kerala floods. We thank you all for your support in helping these animals. This will be the last update for this fundraiser.

As I had mentioned in my last update, we have tied up with an NGO called Paws to help with the correct utilization of the funds collected from this donation drive.

We are now working towards 50 Raksharab vaccines for the rabies vaccination of the animals that were rescued. We Will also continue to look for gaps in the aid provided to the Kerala animals and assess where our funds would be best utilized for further withdrawals.

Hello everyone. At the time of the Kerala funds, we had asked you to support us in helping the animals of Kerala. With a huge insurgence of cash, food and other products to various organisations in Kerala at the time, it was not clear where the funds would be required the most, therefore I did not release them to any organisations to avoid misuse of the same.

Over the course of 6 months I have sent bags of food with various volunteers traveling to Kerala, for which the total amounted to Rs.7,875/- Now that some time has passed, we are also working with an NGO called PAWS based out of Thrissur who provided huge aid and assistance to the animals during the flood, to see where the funds are required for them to continue with the work. They have advised that they took in several unvaccinated animals at the time of the flood who require antirabies vaccines to be administered.

I am withdrawing some of the funds to my account, and transferring the same to them for the same. Will update you all on the same shortly.
